Celebrating Customer Service in the Cessnock Area.

The success of the 2010 and 2011 Customer Service Awards has created an exciting precedent for 2012. With over 150 nominations from the community and over 230 guests attending on the night, the awards have created a buzz within the business community inciting a growing appreciation for great customer service.
The 2012 awards promise to be no different, growing from the success of 2011 to incorporate more local business and local community interest and even better customer service experiences.
The Cessnock Customer Service Awards aim to recognise outstanding Customer Service delivered within the Cessnock Local Government Area in the past twelve months.
The Cessnock community is asked to nominate individuals over the seven categories of hospitality, apprentice/trainee, trade, retail, professional, new media and community service. A panel of independent judges review the nominations and choose winners and runners up for each category. Two additional honours will be awarded on the night including an award to the individual who has been chosen as the overall winner and an award to the business that has the most excellent customer service.
The awards process will begin on the 20th of June 2012 with the final stage of this process being the gala Award ceremony held on the 24th of August at the Cessnock Supporter’s Club.
